POOLIFE Alkalinity Plus is a white powder containing sodium bicarbonate, used to raise your pool's total alkalinity (TA). POOLIFE Alkalinity Plus also acts to increase your pool's carbonate level, which is essential in protecting the pool surface and equipment while buffering the pH.

 

• If Total Alkalinity is lower than 60 ppm., add POOLIFE Alkalinity Plus per label directions.
• While water is circulating, broadcast over the deep end of the pool.
• If desired, pre-dissolve and add as a liquid near return line to facilitate dispersal of product.
• Be sure to use a clean bucket and utensil for mixing.

 

Dosage/Frequency

• Adding 1.5 lbs. of POOLIFE Alkalinity Plus per 10,000 gallons of water will result in a 10 ppm rise in alkalinity.
